Simpler solution. It is time to DownSize DC. Close entire Rogue/Unconstitutional Departments, including their SWAT Teams. Totally reorganize the Fed Gov. If you close the department you won't have to go through the legal nightmare of firing Fed Gov Employees. Trump just might be the right man for the job, remember "you're fired"?
Courts prevailed over by justices appointed by politicians who happen to be complicit with the agenda will not even hear the cases and if somehow forced, could spin you some decisions to make you regret your efforts.
