Like I said a few days ago in another thread, Cruz exited the campaign when the elder Bush gave the command.

Great post. Yep, it looks like the Bushes gave the command and Cruz got out. Trump played a trump card and they smelled us all searching for the photos and discussing the Bush dealings around the JFK murder, and it was over for Cruz Jr.
