Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton said Sunday no one from the FBI had contacted her yet over the investigation into her private email server as secretary of state.
"No one has reached out to me yet, but last summer, I think last August, I made it clear I'm more than ready to talk to anybody, any time," she said on Face The Nation. "And I've encouraged all of my assistants to be very forthcoming, and I hope that this is close to being wrapped up."

"I say what I've said now for many, many months," Clinton said. "It's a security inquiry. I always took classified material seriously. There was never any material marked classified that was sent or received by me, and I look forward to this being wrapped up."

Why hasn’t she been indicted yet?
Vince Foster’s death put the fear of the Lord into anyone who might think twice about crossing the Clintons. Somehow Ron Brown didn’t get the message and his fellow passengers also died...but that all happened in another country and Bill was able to shed some fake tears at the funeral.
She lies so easily. Sure it’s a security review, that’s taking all this time.

The next day after his death, Bill’s huge bodyguard, originally with the Arkansas State Police suddenly took a high-paying job at FEMA in, or near to, Arkansas. And much more...

This means that the FBI sent emails/snail mail to her which her staff intercepted and did not forward so she has plausible deniability. She will then tell everybody that her staff is incompetent.
