I confess to not seeing the interview. Did he say in the interview that hedge fund taxes should go up?
Because if you say on Monday you want hedge fund taxes to go up, and then say on Tuesday that you want higher taxes on the wealthy, then you have just called for (a) higher hedge fund taxes, AND!!!!! (b)higher taxes on the wealthy also.
In no language on Earth is “higher taxes on hedge funds” the same as “higher taxes on the wealthy.”
He said “For the wealthy I think frankly it is going to go up ...” No mention of hedge funds or is he being dishonest? Lyin’ Donnie.
