What is BS? I have no idea what his tax plan “purposed” months ago was, however, if his tax plan “purposed” months ago did NOT involve raising taxes on the wealthy, then he HAS changed them. Period. Because in the interview in question he called for raising taxes on the wealthy.
“For the wealthy I think frankly it is going to go up and, you know what, it really should go up.”
For English speakers, that is a proposed tax increase on the wealthy.
