You are exactly right. They pledged to support the nominee of the party.

Ryan is another one. He is the Speaker of the House and the person in charge of the convention. His reluctance to support the nominee is outrageous. It shows total disrespect for the opinion of the rank and file voters and the process. If Ryan can't support the presumptive nominee of the party, he should resign his position as Speaker and remove himself as the person in charge of the convention.

The real tyranny comes from those who don't accept the will of the voters and the integrity of the process. The GOPe was prepared to take down Trump at the convention and to fund the StopTrump movement to prevent him from getting the 1,237 delegates. Cruz and Kasich conspired to prevent Trump from getting the necessary delegates as well.

The arrogance and hubris of the Bushes, Ryan, Graham, Sasse, et. al. is breathtaking.

So far the sore losers like Cruz and Kasich have failed to live up to their loyalty pledge of supporting the nominee. They even lacked the class to congratulate Trump on his victory.

Still can’t get over Stepie’s comment that Bill should be off limits because he is the spouse. That is the height of media spin. An ex-President who is the only reason she is getting votes should be off limits. Unbelievable.

I think many of these resentful jealous politicians are lazy compared to Trump. They do not have high energy and are not very impressive. Most of them draw small crowds and never attract new members to the party . They may even get jobs because of who they know, not what they know. Riding the old gravy train is the scheme. All of sudden someone appears who shows some hustle and they are threatened. We get a weak speaker saying “I am not ready.”
He looked weak when he spoke. He didn’t not look like someone who wants to lead.

"....sore losers like Cruz and Kasich...."

Never dreamed or imagined they would be thrown out on their ears, and D. Trump would win all the marbles.
