ICE field officers sued the federal govt.
The feds were sitting on them, like they sat on states wanting to protect themselves in that the feds were refusing to follow fed law and were in fact exacerbating, aiding & abetting the invasion.
Rank-and-file INS officers are champing at the bit to do their jobs.
