Thank you....that would actually be very good:)

I know your not a fan, but if you can, go onto youtube when you get a chance and watch some old videos of Trump from the 1980’s on up and also, they have some wonderful videos of very close friends of his and they talk about him as a person.
They really give you a sense of who he is and has been for a long time. This might give you some comfort in what has been happening....and remember...if you are a believer, nothing happens in this world without God allowing it for His purposes. God Bless.

I was living in the NYC area during the time when The Donald image was in its infancy, the mid 80's. So my view of the man was formed during some of his more flamboyant days. And I really hate reality TV no matter the theme or host. Then as someone older and reasonably well read in history I value good grammar and articulate rhetoric. So while I agree with much of what Trump says he makes me wince sometimes in how he says it. And there are the inconsistencies and occasional ventures into Leftist territory (universal government healthcare, 9/11 conspiracy, increased progressive taxation, etc.).

But the last Republican candidate for president for whom I was 100% enthused was Barry Goldwater. I was eleven years old at the time and easily enthused. I even had a few qualms about RR as a candidate (with the exception of the mistake in putting our Marines at risk in Lebanon I adored him as president). So getting past reservations and voting for the best choice on offer (a better way to look at it, I think, than the cliché "Lesser of Two Evils") is something I've done in every election in which I've ever voted. My native skepticism aside, I hope he wins in November and does everything he's promised and which his admirers expect.
