In our current lawless nation (for those connected), would you expect anything other than a white wash (Is that racist?)?

Impossible!

Every thread about this has a dozen posts from people writing that Huma will never be questioned.

Please note that this isn’t even from the FBI. It’s from other “government officials”.

I think it would be sweet if Huma had the cell adjacent to Cankles at Leavenworth.

The investigation is still ongoing, but so far investigators haven't found evidence to prove that Clinton willfully violated the law the U.S. officials say.

Clinton News Network had to get that in there somehow.

Shouldn’t Huma be exempt due to spousal protection of her husband, Hellry?

Say what?

“Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”

Willfully is not necessary! Gross negligence is enough.

The first paragraph of this story shows how the media slants towards their political leanings.

This is a story telling us that the FBI has started interviewing some of SoS Clinton’s aides and confidantes. They also suggest that the FBI is “nearing completion” of its investigation. But before the first paragraph even concludes, they go out of their way to explain that the FBI has not yet found evidence that SoS Clinton “willfully” broke the law.

Before even getting into the Who What Where When and Why of the story in the headline, CNN jumbled up 4 entirely different topics: 1) That people are being interviewed by the FBI, 2) that the FBI investigation is almost over, 3) that so far there is nothing incriminating found in the evidence and 4) that the standard for incriminating evidence is a “willful” breaking of the law - a legal judgement that I am not at all sure is accurate. All in a single paragraph!

Weasel words saying the law WAS violated. I’m not sure that not willfully gets her off the hook. Somebody had to willfully violate the law.
