Well that’s an elected office that position wise is above Trump’s current place-hold. Trumps basically declaring it’s not your party...it’s mine.
Thus this is why many along the way have stated that Trumps campaign has been all about a ‘hostile takeover’ of the Republican Party. Like in Corporate takeovers, that’s not attempted unless a company and it’s management is weak. Trumps applied the same principle .....only he’s run his 3rd party inside the Republican Party itself.
He's running a "third-party" inside the major Republican Party and now that major Republican Party is going to run another third-party candidate too? Does that make it a "fourth-party candidate? I've lost track. And I thought is was confusing when there were 17 candidates involved in the primary race.
Sure is a lot of hoodwinking, insider trading stuff and secret sauce going on in this election.
