Another way to frame his observation, is that Limbaugh is in favor of illegal immigration.
Never thought of that but you are right.
Limbaugh is an open border Free Traitor. Yeah I said it.
All you have to do is start enforcing existing law. Put people in jail for employing illegals, for using false SSN's, for filing false tax returns or not filing tax returns, for stealing public services, and so on. Force the employers to follow the laws. For those who don't work, turn off the public spigot. If they want to go to school, get welfare, etc., etc., they have to provide actual ID and citizenship information. If they are illegal, great, we will provide medicare while they are here, but the BP will be at their door the next day. If they provide false ID in that process, jail time. Etc.
I am against forfeiture laws, but one area where they are actually called for is cars and other property used in connection with transport of illegals, or to house illegals. Imagine if a car or house in which an illegal is knowingly present is subject to forfeiture to the government. That would freak them out.
They will head for the border, slowly at first, then in a wave. They won't have jobs, money or benefits.
The level of will to do this is beyond what any current politician has in their cojones. Maybe Trump can do it, we will see. But it can be done, and any American president prior to 1989 would have had no issues with protecting America's borders. Trump should announce his comprehensive plan to begin enforcing existing law, and tell people that they have 3 months to plan before that begins. They have relied on decades of American unofficial policy that it is ok for them to be here, and I do think we should be fair with those who are here, to be as humanitarian as possible. It is not their fault they are here, for the most part. They are here pursuing what past immigrants always wanted, albeit against their laws. It is the fault of America's leaders that they are here, that we stopped enforcing our border and our laws, and winked at them, and even promised them legal status in the near future. America's new leaders have to undo a lot of bad things done by the Bush cartel since 1989.
