Listen his speech again, he said before coming here, he was awarded all delegates from WV and his people were telling him, no need to go. But he asked how many tickets are sold and they told him people are in line etc. He decided he will go.

That's a true statement, but I don't think that necessarily affects the math involved in allocating delegates based on the primary returns. Usually, when there is only one candidate who has not suspended, turnout is remarkably depressed, and a lopsided victory for the person who has not dropped out.
