You are technically correct but suspension seems to be tied to money management more than actual delegates.
Hi, According to what I’ve heard, they have given Trump all the delegates due to his being the only candidate left, and that they aren’t having the election, which was a direct election and is very expensive.

My understanding is that whether one person votes, or one hundred thousand people vote, Trump will get the votes, therefore the delegates. It seems quirky, after all of the poached delegates so far, but Trump isn’t going to blow his leg off, at least this way- losing delegates of his own accord.
In practice, not many people vote for a candidate who has suspended. More than zero, but not many. Might be different this cycle, due to strong #NeverTrump sentiment. Trump needs to keep running, but WV is in the bag anyway. The fact that he's running rallies in other states tells me he knows he is still running.
Okay...as long as the primary election is really cancelled.

I’ve heard, and can’t remember from where because it was online and fast, but since Trump is the only candidate left, he wins the delegates in WV, and they will not have their election, which is a direct election and to my knowledge very expensive. I sort of heard this and thought oh that’s cool. Then now I come here and we’re seeing Ted Cruz still trying to win stealth delegates on the West Coast.
