Let’s not forget that they will be writing the rules for this convention just before the convention.
So if Trump ends up with 1450 delegates, they can simply write the rules to say that the nominee must get 1451 delegates. Trump won’t make that number on the first ballot... and then they swoop in and install their person (Romney/Ryan, for example) on the second ballot.
That’s very possibly why RYAN said he can’t support Trump “yet.” Don’t put anything past them. It’s not over until Trump wins at the Convention. Don’t let your guard down. Not until DECEMBER.

Agree - so many of his were and, per my previous post, I had forgotten how much I enjoyed his songs. The link I posted is playing all of his best ones - sitting here FReeping on the TF thread and listening to John, with an occasional sip of Scotch and water. Ah, life is good :-)
Well, to be true this is probably less than many groups bring in and it has nothing to do with the Fed.
It was a grass roots effort to get Sen. Cruz upfront.
It didn’t work out and I am 100% behind Mr. Trump.
The alternative is unacceptable in every quarter.

Ginsberg has been around, he knows how the system works. I thought I read a recent story, sometime this week, that he’s working on Trump’s team. He is right, the party rules are designed to thwart the will of the people as expressed in primary contests, if “necessary.”
