He’s a champion of the Constitution and stands up for it in Congress and argued before the Supreme Court. You would rather he not be there?

He did not stand up for it well in Congress. He pushed fast track vs. Constitutional for the President.

He is such a champion of the Constitution that he voted to give Obama Fast Track Authority, by passing the Senate's ability to block the attack on U.S. sovereignty.

No he isn't! He knows that he isn't a NBC, but spit on our Constitution for his own purposes, to run for an elected office that he is INELIGIBLE to hold! He couldn't care less what the Constitution says, when it concerns him and his ego!
His job as a lawyer is what he did. Ted would have just as happily have argued against the Constitution, if hired to do so.
