Trump is the presumed nominee, and his fiercest critics on the right haven’t budged. Trump is quite distinguished from who he was running against in a number of ways, and he may face a challenge in converting their supporters to his side before November.

A new poll from Morning Consult found...

Hillary Clinton also practically locked in the nomination last night — and most of Bernie’s supporters would never vote for her (30%, according to one estimate).

Since when is 30% "most?"

And anyone who ever supported Cruz who could eventually vote for Hillary, is one very, very, very confused person.

Read the post above about Hillary Clinton saying that Gun Control doesn’t go far enough, she wants an Australia type gun ban, so I wonder if the same people who say Never Trump will be happy with a Clinton goon coming to their house, knocking on their door and saying “Im here for your gun”

I would love to ask these Never Trump people if they were happy as clams in 2012 with Romney, because other than North Carolina(A state the Democrats gave up) Romney didn’t gain much on McCain in 2008, so did these same people stay home. I dont remember people tearing up their GOP Cards when Romney was nominated, or when McCain was nominated, I didnt like either of them but I went to the polls, and vote for the both of them, here in CA where a Republican has ZERO chance of winning I still went because I did what needed to be done

Reagan proved his conservative conversion thru years of action. Trump doesn’t even stay consistent with his website during the campaign. The two are not equal, no matter how many times it is claimed to be.

I heard a few minutes of Levin tonight. He said if Trump wanted Cruzs supporters he would have to tell them what he would do for them. That sounds reasonable to me. Explain what conservative thing you are going to do and how you are going to do that.

I dont see that as a attack at all. I myself am skeptical of Trump. I just could not listen to him because he said lying Ted all the time. So now that he is not attacking Ted I may be able to listen to him. Maybe in a month or two because he really grates me right now.

They are hypocrites, they can hate on Trump and not vote for him and say that he is not a Conservative

I love the GOP-e line that we should not support Trump because he is not conservative. Since when is GOP-e conservative? Pot, meet kettle.

Tell me I should shun Trump because he is brash, or because he is politically inexperienced, or whatever. But because he is not conservative? You mean like McCain or Romney?

FUGOPE!

The Cruz supporters probably stayed home and refused to vote for Romney. For a lot of them, no one is religiously pure enough.

Well Hillary is the liberal’s liberal.

Trump is less of a liberal than either Cruz or Kasich.

Lesser of two evils. How is it OK for you to ask it of me when it was bad when the GOP asked it of me?

Trump says he is. The problem is, Trump’s actions say otherwise.

You'd be addresing the wrong folks. I'd venture to say that most of the no-shows for Romney in 2012 are fanatic Trump supporters in 2016.

“And what would you consider one who won’t vote for a liberal, regardless of the letter by the name?”

You need to be a bit more realistic than just lumping these extremely different people together like this.

Trump is a liberal on a few issues and a practical (as opposed to ideological) conservative on others, while Hillary is an ultra-Leftist on virtually all issues:

Trump wants to control our borders and have measured immigration that will benefit this country, while Hillary won’t change a thing (besides letting in even more Syrians, etc.);

Trump wants us to be energy independent, Hillary will continue shutting down coal mines and ban fracking;

Trump will cut regulations, Hillary will continue to increase them with reckless abandon;

Trump will strengthen our nation’s defenses, Hillary will continue to weaken them;

Trump at least says he will nominate people like Scalia, Hillary is guaranteed to nominate only ultra-Leftist Justices who will finish off what little is left of the Constitution;

Trump is a solid advocate for the 2nd Amendment, Hillary will effectively ban guns by Executive Order;

Trump will try to balance the budget, Hillary couldn’t care less.

There are HUGE differences between them...time fir you to start recognizing that fact.

I’m not asking you. The families of Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods are asking you. The primaries are over. Time to get on with beating Hillary. That’s all that matters right now.

“Truly. You guys are supposedly going to get a yuge, electoral map changing, crossover from the blue states for Mr Trump and the win!”

Truly, Cruz would have had his butt handed to him. If he lost to Trump, he would have been Creamed by Hillary.
