Looks like she will be a stalking horse; her role will be to take fire until July 28 and then another candidate will be slipped in at the convention. She probably has offered to step aside peacefully for a pardon, among other things. The pardon will come the last day of Obama’s term.

Hillary would have to be tried and convicted in order to be pardoned. Not going to happen.
