Hopefully, you understand that even Trump has realized that a 2000-mile wall along the entire southern border is not needed.

His position now is that of Rick Perry, who was lampooned around here for his position on strategic fencing (fencing where feasible/sensible, boots on the ground, & technology).

I give Trump major kudos for waking the freep up to the utter uselessness and wastefullness of a 2000-mile wall. I’ll give him even more credit when he realizes that BP does not want a wall. They want a fence through which they can see.

I like a man who can see reason. On this issue, Trump gets it.
