It also looks like they’ve got him in a protective vest (the black ballistic looking material at the photo edges). So my guess was this is his arrest photo and the police know a lotta folks will want quick justice over a slow fire. Can’t blame them.

The point being:Why is the POS undamaged and glaring defiantly at the camera?
He SHOULD have a hard time holding his head up for the photo and jerk reflexively every time a loud noise happens any where near him. He also should be missing all his teeth.
