No doubts about that. They’re out of control. The race has issues no other races seem to have.
Yeah, I know there crime with illegals coming across the border but blacks have taken it to another level. They have no excuses. They’ve been educated in the same schools for a generation. They’re been given more than any race over the last 50 years and they’re not better off for it.
