This is a racist thing as liberals think the violent crimes of blacks should be ignored. Maybe it is time just not to hire anyone that is liberal. If they vote democrat, don’t hire them.
When dealing with small businesses, I always try to sniff out the owners’ political leanings, and if any of the employees are leftist, that’s enough for me—no sale.
