Sounds like he's already decided to vote for her and all the language previous to this is nothing more than his own rationalization in an attempt to justify that decision.

The Uniparty wants Hillary. The GOP intended to lose with dim-bulb Jeb Bush. No one, and I mean no one is going to elect another “Bush” to the White House ever again. And the GOP knows that. And convinced idiots to throw $100 million behind that 4% clown.
