This is less about Malaria Obama than it is about the hypocrisy of the Leftists who condemn hereditary wealth and “privilege,” except when it’s accorded to one of their own.

Yep.

I suspect that our values are not really as different as you imagine. Malia and Sasha are NOT fair game. Neither were the Bush girls when adolescents, nor Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol who may not have been a heroine for unwed pregnancy but was for refusing to abort her child despite the spotlight on her.

The left lies continuously. The left hates America. The left supports every enemy of Western Civilization and acts accordingly. There is no such thing as "moral equivalency" or respectable relativism. Their evils do not justify conservatives swimming in their gutter. We are better than that and better than they.

I would fight with real guns and not with spitballs launched from the cover of anonymity. We all should. Politeness and civility do not betray some underlying weakness. Rather, the contrary. My dad was a cardboard factory production worker and my mother a seamstress who took a clerical job at Yale's Admissions office for less pay to be treated in a courteous way. Yale exhibited civilized behavior when her final cancer made it impossible for her to work any more and they kept sending paychecks anyhow to justify keeping her life and very generous medical insurance in force and closed the office with pay for all on the day of her funeral Mass to let the staff attend her funeral. She marveled at the difference in employment when, from the very first day, she was respectfully greeted as Mrs.______ by the highly educated admissions dean and officers. Best time of her life. Manners matter.

"She’s a kid. And should be left alone. Sadly, some people are so caught up their bitterness that they insist on going after a 17 or 18 year old who’s never done anything to anyone. Sorry, thats not my definition of a conservative. Or a Christian. Its pretty sad.

My thoughts exactly. Just because the left did or would do it to Palin or some other Conservative, doesn't make it right.

Sure. I was one. Do we have to prove our compassion for our own by running down Malia as Malaria when she has never uttered a political word in her life. She did not choose to be black or to be privileged or to be the daughter of Obozo and Moochelle. She enjoys the same advantages as did Chelsea who had leftist white trash parents.

Quotas are a disgrace. So are preferences for "legacies" whose parent or some other ancestor were alumni/ae and particularly if they contribute heavily to the endowment. That is not Malia's personal fault. Do we now believe in collective guilt? Is it OK to turn down Italian American kids because of Al Capone or German kids because of Hitler or Russian kids because of Stalin? Or Jewish kids because of Karl Marx or Saul Alinsky? OR black kids because of Obozo? Not unless those kids express preferences for such ways of life.

Is there racism? Sure. Including rising levels of reverse racism of resentful blacks? Sure. It is, always has been and always will be a fallen world since Adam and Eve disobeyed God. Should ANY of it be encouraged. Absolutely not! We won't become perfect but we can become more perfect than we are.

Thanks for posting in support of civilization, courtesy and manners which are increasingly rare.

What a man you are. “Iron Jack”. Going after two teenage girls. “In it for blood.” What a tough guy. Does your studliness turn the ladies on?

Grow up for crying out loud.

I agree. conservatives I know wouldn’t dare. We’re so tired of it being ASSUMED we are racist. A true conservative just knows what the repercussions will be from racist postings, and would have no desire to fan the flames.

It’s sad when the kids become fair game. I honestly wouldn’t want to be Barron Trump if his dad wins the election in the fall.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the left posted those hateful comments just to make Fox look bad.

I agree and we on FR have been informed of such tactics again and again. This is in universities when "racist hate" comments were scrawled on walls. I may be wrong but, I did not read of a case where a "privileged white student" was clearly identified. Given this tactic, I am surprised to have to wait this long on the site.

I suppose that the ordinary right thinking person falls into the same old trap. That trap is used so successfully by the cunning leftists. Stir up people's emotions and sit back and laugh when they fall for the ploy.

Idiot, ignorant people posting from the safety and anonymity of their living rooms .... happens all the time to anyone in the public eye and on every comment board on every website (including this one). It's very cowardly. If you wouldn't say it to someone’s face, don't post it.

I didn't say anything about "going after two teenage girls." I think it is perfectly legitimate to observe the hypocrisy of Malaria Obama being admitted to Harvard while her two-faced parents continue to stir the pot of class envy and "privilege." I can't think of two more privileged teenage girls on earth.

My studliness is only one of many things that turn the ladies on. Does your simpering bullsh_t impress somebody?

Cannot stand her father's politics, but racist slurs against his daughter are deplorable; and worse, it serves to justify the basis for why her father does what he does.

On the other hand, many of the "racist", "sexist" and "homophobic" incidents ballyhooed in the media have been proven to be hoaxes. So I wouldn't put anything past the Alinsky crew. Nor the hired Internet trolls working from Russia.

It’s connections far more than race. Race was probably more a factor for her parents who didn’t have the same connections.
