Cruz was at 22% and he’s still at 22% now. Nothing has changed. That is his true ceiling. And it matches exactly with national polling. Ted’s at 22%.

That’s pretty good - Trump should be able to persaude most of the “NeverTrump voters to come to the polls in the general. I had a rough impression that the party was more fractured than that.
