I’ve never heard about the mustard... What kind? There are so many natural things that work well in lieu of prescription medication. I agree about drinking lots of water... I never drink soda. My husband needs to be reminded to drink water....
I got in on your leg cramp conversation...I was having foot and ankle cramps last night. I do take potassium and it helps a lot but if I’ve had a busy day I do have cramps at night. I’ve suffered with cramps since junior high school.
