Most commercial mustards are made with soy. I am extremely
allergic to soy
I do keep some powder mustard in spice cabinet. But only to use in recipes
I just looked at my Whataburger brand, and French’s classic yellow. Water, vinegar, mustard seed, turmeric,spices,salt garlic powder, for Whataburger. Ditto for French’s with the addition of paprika.
Beethoven, I use Whataburger Mustard from HEB. I get cramps at night if I go up and down a ladder cleaning gutters, climbing on the roof. etc. I told my friend who has fibromyalgia, and she is a mustard junkie now. She has cut way back on having to take hydrocodone for muscle cramps. Carries mustard with her in her purse now.
