I guess one young Trump supporter yelled in the audience and Cruz said in the old days he would be spanked. Now the left is accusing Cruz of supporting corporal punishment.

I am awaiting Trump supporters here to attack Cruz for suggesting kids get spanked.

Why is rudeness of others such a championed attitude by Trump supporters?

I have yet to see any Cruz supporters doing this at Trump rally’s.

Cruz is the one that blamed Trump for the riot behavior of the Trump protesters that have put people in the hospital, and done a large amount of damage. With the same line of thought, I think we can blame the actions of this kid on Cruz.

I’m a Trump supporter and do not not condone rudeness or name calling etc., I wish you would stop it with the blanket statements.

Listening to Ted Cruz talk down to people and lie his azz off brings that out in some people.

By the way. Your candidate can not win the nomination. He is mathematically eliminated. All he is doing by his actions, right along with Kasich, is to generate ill will. Both men need to drop out and if not support the front runner then go back to their respective careers for crying out loud.

I support Trump (as you know) and I commented earlier that cRuz should’ve left his comment, to the disrespectful kid, at “Children should speak respectfully”. He got a lot of applause and support for that. The fact that he went on to drag Trump into the example, completely negated anything positive from his previous statement.

Regarding.... Why is rudeness of others such a championed attitude by Trump supporters? I have yet to see any Cruz supporters doing this at Trump rally’s.

You may want to ask cRuz supporters in AZ why they helped the BLM protesters block the highway leading to an AZ Trump event. Several reports stated that some of those who were blocking the road were actually cRuz supporters.

The anger towards Cruz among Trump supporters on this forum stems from frustration over Cruz’s decision to stay in a race he can’t possibly win on the first ballot.

The only way he could possibly win the nomination is through a process which ignores the will of the voters, and instead relies on technicalities of the various state selection methods.

The most frustrating aspect of it all, however, is that Cruz won’t actually win on the 2nd or 3rd ballots, and is only paving the way for the GOP elitists to foist their own candidate upon the party.

That candidate will not win in the general, as frustrated Trump AND Cruz supporters write in their choices or stay home completely.

THAT is why Cruz is despised by Trump supporters.

A similar thing was done after the 2000 election of GWB and Dick Chaney when Gore refused to get out of Chaney’s house.

Because Cruz, Kasich. Rubio, Carson, Bush etc. people all have a little class. The Trump people reflects the boorish, vulgar behavior of their savior. I think it is telling that Trump counts Bobby Knight another vulgar boor and Mike Tyson a two time rapist and wife beater as great endorsements. You’re known by the company you keep.
