Fired-Up Crowd Of Trump Supporters Tells Cruz ‘Indiana Don’t Want You’ (VIDEO)

A crowd of rowdy Donald Trump supporters lobbed insults at Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) during a Monday campaign stop in Marion, Indiana.

“You are the problem!” a crowd of anonymous men carrying Trump signs yelled at the Texas senator, calling him a “career politician.”

“Where is your Goldman Sachs jacket? We know your wife works there,” one jeered.

“On immigration, you know Donald Trump had a million-dollar judgment against him for hiring illegal aliens?” Cruz countered. “You know what he’s doing right now in Florida? He brings in hundreds of foreign workers instead of hiring Americans. Sir, with all due respect, Donald Trump is deceiving you. He is playing you for a chump.”

The tense exchange, led by a man wearing sunglasses, only got more heated from there. As Cruz tried to paint his top Republican rival as a dishonest defender of the elite, Trump’s supporters challenged Cruz on immigration, the Second Amendment and even his eligibility to run for president.

“Donald Trump has accused everyone in this race of being a liar. Donald cannot tell the truth in one minute,” Cruz said.

“You’ll find out tomorrow Indiana don’t want you,” a Trump supporter shot back, referring to the Hoosier State’s primary contest on Tuesday.

Some Cruz supporters in the crowed yelled “Yes we do!”

“Sir, America is a better place—” Cruz cut in.

The man in the sunglasses finished his sentence: "Without you."

At this point Cruz is only helping Hillery. I don’t like Hillery’s little helpers

A similar thing was done after the 2000 election of GWB and Dick Chaney when Gore refused to get out of Chaney’s house.

You have never heard me defend him on that, but it is nothing as some of Trumps stumbling’s have been nothing.

They both make errors, but I am talking about the supporters, not the candidates.

I have yet to see any Cruz supporters making problems at Trump rallies.

Sundance, at Conservative Treehouse, floats the possibility that this was a set up created by the Cruz camp (i.e. fake protester or protesters brought in by the Cruz camp) with the whole confrontation pre-planned for publicity. Any thoughts?

I think that this is the greatest endorsement of Cruz I've seen yet.

He is the best candidate we have- hands down- because he (Ted Cruz) UNDERSTANDS that the president of the United States of America is president of All the people of the United States-both those who agree and disagree with him.

This is absolutely crucial in order for healing and restoration of our nation to take place.

(Cruz being unflinching in his Christianity is a help in this area too.)

So far, I have seen NO evidence whatsoever that Trump has even a basic grasp of what being POTUS means.

His campaign is mostly personal insults and smears of his opponents, and surface level, often contradictory policy statements.

We can also add his (Trump's) refusal to debate about anything he suppossedly stands for on any given day to the list.

(And this is without even getting into Trump's sky high negatives and the numerous polls showing he flat out loses to Hillary- whereas Cruz beats her, or is at least in a competitive margin of error.)

Ted Cruz is a much better candidate for POTUS IMO and I am actively praying that he will be our next president.

Many of you who condone the rudeness of Mr. Trump and his supporters are making me have second thoughts about voting for him. Yes, that means I think your snarky behavior is unacceptable.

Does that Kool-aide taste good or is Ted's checks still clear. Why do more than people by a large margin prefer Trump over Cruz

A Cruz rally is a few hundred at best compare that to Trump's rallies

We can have a nominee who lost every county last Tuesday and in Florida, Virginia and Ohio.

You prefer Cruz to any other candidate. Understood. but he is grossly unelectable for the following reasons.

1. He has lost the entire South and you can not win the GE without that strong support.

2. He has lost every congressional district and county in the key battleground states. Florida, Ohio, and Virginia. The nominee MUST win FLORIDA and at least 3 other swing states: OH< VA< PA <NV < NH < CO.

3. He would be Disqualified very easily and kept off the ballot in a number of states that require candidates to show an American BC to be listed on the GE ballot for potus or v.potus.

4. His religious theatrics are marginalizing and polarizing to most of the electorate. He brings NO democrat cross-over votes and few Independents.

At this point, Ryan, Sessions, or any other non-primaried republican politician would stand a better chance than Cruz. Cruz is damaged goods.

It is too bad for Cruz that most states use voters to select their winner. He does not seem to do well with voters.

How Trumpian of them. Just what you would expect from Trump supporters. Shouting people down, yelling insults just like the demigod they so adore. Gawd how did the party ever allow such as vulgar, boor to get this close to being our candidate. He should be leading a low life, uneducated, cultish driven third party campaign, not be the candidate of a major party.

Because Cruz, Kasich. Rubio, Carson, Bush etc. people all have a little class. The Trump people reflects the boorish, vulgar behavior of their savior. I think it is telling that Trump counts Bobby Knight another vulgar boor and Mike Tyson a two time rapist and wife beater as great endorsements. You’re known by the company you keep.

Everytime CRUZ paused like he does. Protestor filled in the blank space.

How do you think Trump would have handled it?

“You may want to ask cRuz supporters in [sic] why they “ ....

support the unethical way that Cruz uses parliamentary maneuvers to gain more delegates than the would gave given him?

To be upset at Trump supporters for being “rude” is simply showing hypocrisy and ignorance. They are not rude, they are boiling mad because of the behavior of Cruz.

Apparently you missed the memo...

“If you are a NeverTrump type person, you are working against our purposes on FR, so please opus out now and log off and let us carry on with our mission in peace.

Continue insulting us with 24/7 anti-Trump diatribes and insults, your opus will be assumed.”
