A little early to be announcing that it is a victory speech. Indiana people will view it as cocky.

I rather doubt that anybody in Indiana will change their vote on account of Trump being cocky. Cockiness on the part of Trump is a pretty much foregone conclusion and part of his appeal.

Hopefully not, but you wouldn’t want to assume in advance regardless. It’s why Trump told the rally yesterday to act as though it’s tied, even though he just got a great poll.
