Weather Channel founder trashes Bill Nye as 'pretend scientist'

Weather Channel founder John Coleman doesn't think much of Bill Nye "The Science Guy." Coleman took Nye to the woodshed over a clip he recorded that aired over the weekend criticizing the soon to be released documentary Climate Hustle.

“I have always been amazed that anyone would pay attention to Bill Nye, a pretend scientist in a bow tie,” Mr. Coleman said Saturday on the website Climate Depot.

“As a man who has studied the science of meteorology for over 60 years and received the [American Meteorological Society] Meteorologist of the Year award, I am totally offended that Nye gets the press and media attention he does,” Mr. Coleman said. “And I am rooting for the ‘Climate Hustle’ film to become a huge hit — bigger than ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ by Al Gore.”

The last one I remember seeing with Bob Newhart was when he owned the Bed & Breakfast Inn in Vermont. The one before that was when he played a psychologist. But I never had interest in watching the Big Bang Theory.

I guess that explains why he looked like Bob Newhart, but he must be wearing a wig or visited one of those places that restore hair, LOL.

The media portrays almost all reference to climate change supporters as “scientists” in their narrative. However, even if you are a scientist that disagrees with the concept, you are branded a “denier”.

I thought that was Bob Newhart at first.

It is. He appeared in a couple of episodes of "The Big Bang Theory" as Sheldon's childhood hero, "Professor Proton", the host of Sheldon's favorite science program. In one episode, Professor Proton confronts Bill Nye and accuses him of plagiarizing his program.

John Coleman, is a founder of the Weather Channel. He left specifically because of the climate change scam. He Is now a local weather guy in San Diego.
