Count seems to depend on the flavor of delegate counted; hard delegates, pledged delegates, soft delegates, semi-soft delegates, aged for more than 90 days delegates, etc. There seem to be more kinds of delegates than there are cheeses in a Harry & David gift basket! ;-)
