I would not go quite that far. Nursing, architecture, and several other marketable degrees are not on your list. Math is not considered a hard science, but applied math, statistics, and economics are in demand and extremely marketable.
Bloomberg is a walking fountain of BS almost all the time.

True. Listing all would be a huge paragraph. By the way, I also did not mention grammar, vocabulary, typing, computers, and electricity.
I agree with your point though. Non-marketable degrees have no social value. They are hobbies and should not be subsidized by our tax dollars. The idea that my money is taken by force and used to subsidize destructive “education” programs like Black Studies, Feminist Studies, and Gender Studies irritates me beyond words.
