Heidi Cruz has ‘interesting’ choice of words to describe Ted while at Indiana campaign stop

“Ted is an immigrant. He is Hispanic. ” she said, according to the Washington Examiner. “He can unify this party.”

At a campaign stop in Indiana on Saturday, Heidi Cruz said her husband, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, “is an immigrant.”

“Ted is an immigrant. He is Hispanic. ” she said, according to the Washington Examiner. “He can unify this party.”

“We have libertarians joining our cause. I have people every day from the Democrat Party telling me that they re-registered to vote for Ted as a Republican. Because they understand what he stands for, and he represents America,” she continued. Cruz, whose father is Cuban and mother is American, was born north of the border in Canada.

For months Donald Trump has insisted that meant Cruz was not a natural-born citizen eligible to become president.

He probably didn’t expect validation from Cruz’s wife.

“There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americans…The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of it continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities.”

Didn’t Mochelle make a similar slip of the tongue in Kenya? These wives of the unconstitutional foreign national usurpers and aspiring usurpers just can keep the story line straight.

Good quote there by TR! He would be absolutely appalled by the Spanish language signs in stores, government offices, etc.

And it's only going to get worse.

Rafael Edward Cruz, born in Calgary Alberta Canada, in 1970.

Father: Rafael Bienvenido Cruz, did not become a naturalized U.S. citizen himself until 2005.

Mother: Eleanor Elizabeth Darragh Wilson Cruz, became a naturalized Canadian citizen prior to the birth of her son Ted.

Which creates a definite problem for Senator Cruz:

The U.S. State Department explains in Section 349 of the INA (8 U.S.C. 1481), as amended) that U.S. nationals are subject to loss of nationality if they perform certain specified acts voluntarily and with the intention to relinquish U.S. nationality. Briefly stated, these acts include:

* obtaining naturalization in a foreign state upon one’s own application after the age of 18 (Sec. 349 (a) (1) INA)

OR

* taking an oath, affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state or its political subdivisions after the age of 18 (Sec. 349 (a) (2) INA).

According to Ted Cruz’s father, he and his wife applied for and received Canadian citizenship before his birth in Alberta. Thus his mother committed the act of obtaining naturalization of a foreign state, which meets the definition of a an “expatriating act.”

AND (this is important), until 1977, Canada required those seeking Canadian citizenship to swear an oath renouncing their allegiance to their previous country. If Ted Cruz’s mother obtained Canadian citizenship before 1977, then she swore this oath before a Canadian government official.

Based on these facts alone, Ted Cruz is not eligible to seek election to either the offices of President or Vice President. He must either withdraw from the current primary race, or the GOP must disavow his candidacy and expel him from the remaining primary contests upon this basis.

She sure did, referring to Kenya as Obama's "home country." Of course the media instantly reinterpreted her remark.

I know his grandmother did when she said he was born there and remembers his birth. From what I can find it appears Michelle was talking about Barack Sr.

Joe Dan’s at it again. Another installment of INTELLECTUAL FROGLEGS!
Grab a cup of your favorite beverage and, unless you suffer from ADHD (not likely if you’re on my list), spend an entertaining and enlightening 23 minutes with Sr.Gorman as he corrects the erroneous 411 being dispensed by the MSM about the candidates in the most important election in our lifetimes.
If so inclined, PLEASE SHARE!!
