The poorest person in Baltimore can live a long, healthy life if she refrains from drug and alcohol abuse, eats a healthy (albeit inexpensive) diet, exercises and stays involved with others via church or other social and volunteer activities. And is lucky enough not to be assaulted by her fellow Baltimoreans.
The health problems in Baltimore are entirely down to lifestyles subsidized by government social programs that cannot honestly be called well intended. All the politicians care is that the inmates reliably vote Democrat. They are even more reliable Democrats once they’re dead, anyway.
