In other words, you have no proof.  Is that correct? 

I'd say, if you are going to make statements like that, the burden of proof is on you. If you can't prove it, don't say it.  After all, it wasn't presented as an opinion.

Oh, I forgot to add this to my last reply to you. If you can’t prove that you are a US citizen, you are not a US citizen. So once again, the burdon of prove is on Cruz and he has reclined to provide documentation despite frequent requests.
