What "race" is an immigrant or an "HISPANIC" ?

There are "HISPANICS" who are white, blacks, Asian mixed, Amerinds.

Talk to the US government. Being descended from a Spanish speaking country is enough to get you classified as a Hispanic by race. It’s dumb.
