To be a NBC, a child MUST be born on AMERICAN SOIL ( USA ! ) and have TWO parents who are BOTH AMERICAN CITIZENS ( born here of naturalized PRIOR to the birth of the child! ) at the time of the child's birth!
Teddy's father was still a CUBAN CITIZEN ( or perhaps a Canadian one, we don't really know for certain; except that he was NOT an American citizen until 2005, which we DO know for certain! ) at the time of Teddy's birth.

I think if you read our posts, you won’t find me telling you what you should do or how you should interpret the Constitution. I respect your right to have your views.
