Iraq must be divided into three ethnic sections. Until
this happens, there will be turmoil!

Could this be what Trump was talking about that you cannot bring Western democracy to regions and people that do not have any use for it?

Another ISIS state? Perhaps another extremist Islamic state but the protesters are Shiite while ISIS is Sunni. They would be just as happy fighting each other as fighting non-Muslims.

Should dispel forever the mistaken notion that a Muslim population is in any way capable of joining the civilized world.

Nice try, but George was the stupid one to go there in the first place.

The delusion was toppling the dictator would result in democracy throughout the middle east.
This delusion led George W. into Iraq. It then led the MSM and Obama to celebrate the “Arab Spring.”
Islam isn’t consistent with democracy. It’s anti-democratic. Once the strong man dictators were displaced, inevitable it’d turn into 1979 Iran.

This ties in to Trump’s excellent foreign policy speech. We cannot spread democracy or waste billions trying to change these people. Saddam was evil, but at least he provided stability and relative peace.
