No! Hit the bed today, take a nap, vitamin c, zinc. If you get the feeling you are “coming down” with something there is time to fight it off with sleep and vitamins. Mine HIT like an earthquake, no warning, and I was already taking vitamins. But I probably wasn’t getting proper sleep.
