As I said, I am British and also follow crime/murder in the UK. I am one of the people who knows about even the obscure members of that list.
Needless to say there are some evil scum who have long sentences of 30-45 yrs but who aren’t whole lifers.
Scotland technically dosent have this tariff, NI does but uses it very little.
