Republicans who supported other candidates in the primaries are told that they should unify behind Trump. That will not happen if he continues to disrespect them and their candidates.

Why would former candidates and political operatives who have supported him CONTINUE to attack him, badmouth him, and attempt to bring him down?

What exactly in their behavior says that they are reaching out or want someone to reach out?

The good news is that they aren’t faking support. At least they are launching straight up attacks.

When your enemy is attacking you remain armed. It’s only common sense.

All I’ve seen is the same old tired attacks on Trump coming from Cruz, his supporters, Kasich, the Bushies, the neo-con artists, the open borders crowd, Limbaugh, Levin, on and on and on. Where are the ones telling people to unify around Trump and who are they?

I hate it that these flaming globalists call themselves “conservatives.” They are far from it.

He’s going to take down a lot of anti-establishment conservatives just because they happen to hold office and it suits him to indiscriminately attack anyone who holds office with an R behind their name. Being a wrecking ball is not a platform. It is an attitude. I have spent years trying to help those guys into our state legislature and we have had some success.

He may well win the presidency. But he will have to govern with a much less conservative Congress and we will have to live in the states with far more liberal state legislatures if he doesn’t learn to distinguish between tea party R’s and John Boehner.

But Trump is following all the rules as laid down.

You anti-Trumpists need to get over yourselves and accept the results.

This article is almost an entire fabrication that only a deranged, ignorant Cruzbot or RINO could believe.

"Republicans who supported other candidates in the primaries are told that they should unify behind Trump. That will not happen if he continues to disrespect them and their candidates. "

The other candidates are the problem. The GOPe is the problem. Trump recognizes the problem, and is correct in telling the problem, to stuff their vote.

My former Candidate? Cruz? I lost respect for him, too.
