This article is crap. Perry said he would vote for Trump if it is Trump vs Clinton. He has campaigned for Cruz during this election cycle.

This article is true. “Texas Governor Rick Perry Will Vote Trump”
Will vote for him in the general if Trump gets the nomination. Texas voted almost two months ago.
It’s misleading.
1. Perry endorsed Cruz on 1/25/16.
2. Perry only said he would vote for Trump if he were the nominee - NOT that he’s throwing Cruz over for Trump.
