I have a friend that has known/worked with cRuz, since he was Solicitor General of TX. He said no one likes cRuz, or has ever had anything positive to say about him. He said cRuz looks at everything through a “what’s best for cRuz” filter.

I believe it’s important to get along to some extent. It sure helps if you want people to support what you’re trying to do.

Cruz’ shut down of government turned out to be a positive for Obama. If Cruz was going to shut down government, he should have at least made sure he had some support for it. Instead, he looked foolish.

Thanks for the realtime report. That really rings true....based on everything we now know about this character Cruz.

It's a slapdown of Texans who he inveigled into voting him into the Senate, promising to be their voice in DC, saying he was a scrappy outsider running against a wealthy opponent (who just happened to get G/S to hand him over a million dollars).

After only 10 months in the Senate, his promises and his constituents were forgotten.......his long-laid plans for the presidency commenced. Like it was an afterthought he just happened to glom onto.

He's a gilt-edged phony.
