I’m trying to imaging Cruz’s eventual withdrawl speech, and aside from all the predictable BS I doubt he will say anything nice or complimentary about Trump. He will probably still blather the same crap that people have rejected and with any luck the people of Texas will find someone who can actually represent them and not be an a-hole when his term is up.
He will breathlessly talk about the Constitution, using that overworked cadence of his, and about how, in a way, his unambiguous rejection and loss is in fact an unambiguous win for conservatives.
He must be a liberal actor doing a seamless parody of a white conservative Republican asshat.
