Court Records show Colton Gray Merritt is charged with two counts of Criminal Invasion of Privacy.

Barboursville Police Chief Michael Coffey tells 13 News a man has been arrested for invasion of privacy. The man is accused of recording other men under the stalls in a bathroom in the Huntington mall.
Chief Coffey adds this happened around 4:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
There are sick people in this world; laws can’t stop it.
This actually could’ve just been a (non-sexual) sick person, wanting to record disgusting acts for his eye-catching on-line replies.
As I saw yesterday right here on FR - at least, the disgusting bodily functions part.
All those psychology degrees from our universities are going to waste. If you can’t define such behavior as a mental illness, this insanity will continue.
