I was referring to Barbara Boxer, as I made clear in my response. As I also pointed out in my response, I am not a Carly Fiorina fan, but none of that makes Barbara Boxer right or even intelligent.
Barack Obama is proof that qualifications don't matter if the right grievance groups and their supporters take a liking to you.

Boxer sucks, but Fiorina lost to her big time if I’m not mistaken, and in a election when even Comrade Boxer herself admitted that she was vulnerable.
