Looks like he doesn’t endorse Cruz at all.
Pence didn’t endorse Cruz. He said he was going to vote for Cruz, but it was up to each voter to decide for themselves who they voted.
Watch the video. If you think he sounds halfhearted, just look at his face. He looked most enthusiastic when praising Trump and downcast when stating he was VOTING for Cruz.
