yesterday at the Hyatt in Burlingame among all the Mexican flags were two guys in costumes and pointers for Lobster Rolls
I didn’t know they had lobsters on the west coast and that mexicans ate them

I saw one of those signs. The do sell some live lobsters in some of the stores here and/or lobster tail in the meat/seafood case (most has already been frozen). Lobster is pretty pricey here, especially in restaurants. I don’t recall seeing lobster rolls here.
There are some restaurants in California - Joe’s Crab Shack - maybe they have them there.
I’ve never seen lobster rolls at Mexican restaurants I’ve been to around here, or even lobster for that matter.
