Maná kicks off its “Latino Power Tour” Sept. 9 in San Diego. The musicians will travel throughout the U.S. until just after election day in November. The tour is being billed as a call to vote for Latinos nationwide. Why is Latino Power OK to say? If White Power rock is wrong (and it is) then Latino Power rock is just as wrong.
