NY Yankees Pres. Randy Levine: 'End of the Republican Party' If Trump Not Nominated
Newsmax ^ | 4/28/2016 | Bill Hoffman

Randy Levine knows a thing or two about fair play — and the president of the New York Yankees baseball club tells Newsmax TV it will be three strikes and out for the Republican Party if it attempts to stop Donald Trump from becoming the GOP presidential nominee.

"I think if that happens it would really be the end of the Republican Party. You would have so many disenfranchised and disaffected voters out there that it would just be very, very hard to put it all back together," Levine said Thursday on "The Steve Malzberg Show."

"He by far has the most delegates, yet there are some people in the party, people who I know, good people, who think that he shouldn't get the nomination.

Sure looks like Trump is trending big. Trump is trending big in Indiana anywhere with a 10 to 19 point lead. Oregon by almost 20 points. California by 27 points. Wow! Looks like a total blow out!

Whoever is nominated, I am praying for the end of the republican party. How many years ago was it when “RINO” was a slam against a politician? It has come to be an honor to be a RINO. The name “Republican” has come to mean to me Dennis Hastert, and John Boehner. What was that other toe toucher’s name?

It will be the same way in the general election and when Crooked Hillary gets stomped, I’m gonna giggle like a little girl.

Hey I agree but seriously why does his opinion hold more weight than mine?

The others have been mathematically eliminated. Voters who may have voted for them will stay home, and Trump will have an easy time the rest of the way. This is good because we need to start competing against Hillary.

That only encourages me. ;)

The old Republican party is dead either way. Trump has changed it forever and will remake it into something completely new and different, an AMERICA FIRST party that reflects true traditional American values, not one that is just a lite version of DemocRAT.

I am beginning to sense that the Dems may give Hilary the heave. Watch out for Biden. I may be wrong, we’ll see.

One America News just reported and connect all dots with the $500,000 transfer from Cruz SPAC “Keep the Promise” to Carly’s campaign. They reported this is still under investigation by the FEC.

Then they reported Carly’s campaign became “Make America Awesome” which put out the Melania Trump (bare skin rug) ad in Utah primary which lyin Ted claimed he knew nothing about. They show they had the same address. His plausible deniability just evaporated.

Bet Trump will be using this real soon. Wonder if the other networks will report it.

If you were looking for “HYPE”, Biden isn’t the replacement.

I think the key issue for the 2016 Democratic strategy is that Hillary doesn’t attract hype and it’ll be a problem up and down the line....state after state....as people consider Trump and possibly Republican contenders (for state legislature or city council for example). This was the problem demonstrated in the 2008 Iowa period....where Hillary simply doesn’t hype people up to vote. I’m surprised that people didn’t figure this out a year ago. Any number of Democrats could have run (instead of Bernie) and done better....dismissing Hillary by this point.

Here in Washington state I see a lot of Bernie bumper stickers. I see no Hillary bumper stickers. There was one Hillary yard sign a couple months ago that was there for two or three days and then gone.

There are no Trump bumperstickers but that is because everyone knows their cars would be vandalized by the mass of libs and homeless shelters and, of course, as you may know, Seattle is a Sanctuary City.

Our long-term Rino Reichert congress critter could not bring himself to vote against the proposed bill to stop federal funding.

Not that our vote ever counts nationally, and any possibility was lost because I’m pretty sure that Cruz already stole our delegates.

Randy wants to keep the party intact so it will be back to business as usual after Trump loses.

Lots of Bernie stickers and vocal Bernie supporters here in LA. I see very few Hillary stickers and even fewer supporters.

I think she us going to crash and burn. I remember vividly, as Secty of State, she has NO STAMINA. She would come back from a state visit with her hair straggling and her face sagging. She looked sick after every outing.

And now, the nagging cough. She’s gone in for plastic surgery tune ups several times already. But you can only do that so often ...
